    I was able to figure it all out. So the "mix" pads jumped will make it PPM enabled and mix both motors. Then without "mix" pads jumped you enable PWM output. This allows you to run 2 separate signal wires to separate ports in RX or Y jack them for parallel performance. Weirdly cut in and out, sometimes causing it to drop from the sky. Also be warned that motors spin up for a half second when plugged in.
